Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible!
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Photos of the damaged/defective item
A brief description of the issue
We’ll make it right, either with a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
What if I received the wrong item?
Mistakes happen, and we apologize! Contact us immediately at support@kovafinds.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll send the correct item right away and provide instructions for returning the wrong one at no cost to you.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
