1. Introduction
Welcome to Kovafinds. This website is owned and operated by Waanitu Ltd, a company registered in Rwanda. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Waanitu Ltd trading as Kovafinds.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. General Conditions
We sell consumer electronics and fashion apparel. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We operate different pricing structures for our local Rwandan market and our International market.

3. Payments
We accept payments through Flutterwave. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

• Card Payments: We accept major credit and debit cards.
• Mobile Money: Available for local Rwandan customers and international customers via Remitly.
• Diaspora Purchases: For clients abroad purchasing for recipients in Rwanda, the delivery address must be clearly stated as the recipient’s location in Rwanda.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Local Delivery: Orders within Kigali are delivered within 24 hours. Upcountry delivery is handled via local courier partners.
• International Shipping: International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, and Speedaf; times vary by location.
• Gifting: If you are buying for a loved one in Rwanda, Waanitu Ltd handles the logistics to ensure safe handover to your specified recipient.

5. Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days for international clients and 3 days for local customers. If time has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
