How quickly do you ship orders?

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Most orders ship within 24 hours during normal business periods.

Order processing does NOT include:

  • Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Public holidays
  • Delays due to payment verification

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


ORDER TRACKING

How do I track my order?

Easy! Here’s how:

  1. Check your email — You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships
  2. Visit our tracking page — Enter your order number and email address
  3. Click the tracking link — Follow your package’s journey in real-time

Tracking tips:

  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after you receive the shipping confirmation
  • International tracking may show limited updates while the package is in transit between countries
  • Some carriers provide more detailed tracking than others

Can’t find your tracking email? Check your spam/junk folder first. Still nothing? Contact us at support@kovafinds.com with your order number, and we’ll send it right over.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Will I have to pay additional fees?

Depending on your country, you may be responsible for:

  • VAT (Value Added Tax)
  • Brokerage fees

Important: These fees are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are NOT included in your order total or shipping costs. Kova Finds has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

What we recommend:

  • Check with your local customs office before ordering if you’re concerned about potential fees
  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Refusing delivery due to customs charges does not qualify for a refund

SHIPPING FAQ

First, don’t panic! Here’s what to check:

  1. Look around your property (porch, side door, mailbox, with a neighbor)
  2. Check with other household members who may have received it
  3. Wait 24 hours — sometimes tracking updates before actual delivery
  4. Contact your local post office or carrier

Still can’t find it? Contact us at support@kovafinds.com and we’ll help investigate.

Please contact us immediately at support@kovafinds.com if you need to change your shipping address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make the change. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Currently, we offer express shipping to the United States only:

  • Express Shipping: 5-8 business days — $12.99

We’re working on expanding express options to other regions. Stay tuned!

International packages travel longer distances and must pass through multiple postal systems and customs checkpoints. Each transition can add time. Rest assured, your package is on its way , international shipping just takes a bit more patience!

We work with multiple trusted carriers depending on your location, including:

  • Local postal services

The carrier used for your specific order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.

During major holidays, shipping carriers experience higher volumes which may cause delays. We recommend ordering early if you need items by a specific date.

Our tip: Order at least 3-4 weeks before you need items delivered during holiday periods.
